Shipping: After processing, your order will be shipped with Cargo Expreso or Guatex, depending on the option selected. Delivery time varies by rate and location.

Delivery times:

• Capital City: 1 to 3 business days.
• Departments outside the capital: 3 to 5 business days.

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number to track your package in real time.

Business Days: Shipments are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates: Cost depends on location and shipping option selected.

Incidents: If there is any problem with your shipment, contact us and we will resolve the situation as soon as possible.

Additional conditions:

• Red Zones may have delivery restrictions. We will contact you to coordinate another delivery point.
• Rates and processing times may change due to high demand or unforeseen logistical issues.

At Tari Tools, we offer a 14-day return policy from when you receive your item. To be accepted, the product must be in its original condition, unused, with tags and in its packaging. You will also need your receipt of purchase.

Return process:

If approved, we will send you a shipping label and instructions.

Damage or issues : If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please report it immediately for resolution.

Exceptions :
- We do not accept returns on perishable, custom, personal care products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.
- Returns are not accepted on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges : The quickest way to get a different item is to return the product and make a new purchase.

Refunds : We will notify you when we receive and process your return. If approved, your refund will be made to your original form of payment within 10 business days . If you do not receive your refund after 15 days, please contact us.
